Pros: Nice features. I can see the total internet usage. Cons: Amount to pay and excess usage does not display. This app obstructs my music app like Spotify. It pauses my music while accessing gservices.

The worst update of this app so far.you cant even view your overpayment.this people need to use their own app so they would.cmon people your globe a ayala group of companies and you really are the worst IT team

Theres no data usage meter. We need that information on your app for better accessibility of the costumers. It will be a lot of help for us if you update your app with that information.

The information on data usage has disappeared....this is bad. I dont find much use of this because of this loss of information.

No data usage info... Wrong balance... No consumable usage info... Common Globe, you can do better than this!..

Its very useless and unuseful, most important details are always seen as "cannot be updated or cannot load". How can I keep track and relay on it when the app is down most of the time. Please fix your server.

Useless app. Keep mentioning servier problem. Cannot provide the information that customers want. No data meter.

I cant proceed with the profile details after verification code on adding number. It says, "fill in details.." Whereas the cursor cannot be move on the account name field.

Cant view my overpayment anymore, it doesnt display how much days I have remaining for my current bill cycle for my subscription, and the data usage tracker barely updates!

The advanced payment is not viewable anymore. Consumable usage and boosters subscribed are also not viewable. Resolution is not optimized with bigger screen.

With the new update, we cant see how many days we have left in the current cycle, and data useage isnt even up to date, so this app isnt helpful at all.

Bring it back!!!!!! - Theyve addressed the missing data usage meter, its back and very accurate now.

Hows about optimizing it for phones with big screens?

They thought about how the app was going to work but the application was made by armatures that can not code at all. Its easier to go to the main office than getting this app to work properly. Absolutely 3rd world, armature coding.

I got two phones that has this app. The latest version (feb 16) worsen what was already a crappy app. Every time I open this the password screen, it just appears and then it minimizes in the background. Uninstalling/reinstalling the app didnt help either. And I tested it on 7.1 and 9.2. Dont you guys have beta testers to test the app before its final release? Its a shame. If your techs cant fix this why bother releasing? The 2 stars are not for this app. Its for your GCash app which actually works fine. The only reason I didnt mark this as 1 star is because Im not a sore loser and just wants to maximize the privilege if a globe subscriber for years.

I tried registering my postpaid plan and everytime I inputted the verification code, none of them work. But when I tried my prepaid number, it worked on first try. I dont need to monitor my prepaid account why does it only work for that?

The app wont let me register my postpaid number. I tried several times and it kept saying the code is invalid.
