Hello Globe, I wish that your developer team updates this app maybe once or twice a week so that bugs would be fix and can also be use properly by all customers in everyday checking of our data usage and billing details.
Update sometimes it crashes
and Ill keep giving the five shining stars.
The app should also have a plan usage meter so that people dont have to go to their account on the website to find out how much internet data theyve used. We should be relying on the app through and through. Please improve!
Account data fails to load after several refreshes. Spam report prompts to input spammers mobile number despite already filling up the field with the number every time submit button is selected making the spam report unusable.
Used to work with my iphone 4 before the upgrades. The app would simply crash after entering the verification code. Moral of the story, dont upgrade unless necessary. Fire your dumb developers for this app without fully testing. If there is a zero star this crap app should a zero rating. Disgusting!
Globe has the worst customer service imaginable!! It I could rate Globe with negative stars I would. Dont ever sign up for Globe Internet! You will surely regret it if you do!!
Very poor, does not download any useful information.
Wont even update the balance of the main account.. Dont waste your time with this app.
Useless for iPad since it requires text message verification that is not applicable to iPads.
